Description

SZ030HS is a consumer-grade Z-axis gyroscope,also known as Z‐Axis angular rate sensor. A single QFN package contains a high performance silicon micro machined sensor with signal conditioning circuitry.The SZ030HS delivers analog output signal proportional to angular rate perpendicular to the assembly surface,and provides excellent temperature stability and high resolution over the operating temperature range (‐20°C ~ 85°C). Packaged by SOP8, it has ±1000 °/s full scale and analog output.
