The "China Chip" 14th Conference on Promotion of China IC Industry 2019 was held in Qingdao on October 25-26. In cooperation with GlobalFoundries, Senodia successfully completed the first 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) SH200Q mass production in China in Q4 2017, and mass production of the iterative 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) SH2100 in 2018 Q4. In October 2019, Senodia, launched the first 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) SH3001 for mobile phones. Senodia has since become the only MEMS company in China that can provide a series of 6-axis inertial measurement units for mobile phones and non-mobile phone applications in the field of consumer electronics.
Based on the core technology of independent innovation, 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) has complete independent intellectual property rights, integrated with 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, which can provide high-precision real-time angular velocity and linear acceleration data. With excellent temperature stability and high resolution in the working range of -40 ° C to 85 ° C, it is one of the core projects independently developed by Senodia, which has features of high precision, low power consumption, small size, and cost-effective, to achieve import substitution.
